Your Journey to Healing

Welcome - I'm so glad you're here. Taking the step to explore counselling can be daunting, but is also a powerful act of self-care.  My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I will work alongside you and support you to gain clarity, build resilience and move towards positive change at a pace that feels right for you.

Dedicated to You

I have been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years, and during that time I've had the privilege of supporting people through many different stages of life. My experience has shown me that no two journeys are the same, and I feel honoured to walk alongside clients as they navigate their own challenges and discover new strengths.

As a Holistic Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and adapt them to suit you as an individual. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, working at your own pace.

My active rolls include working at Butterflies Therapy, Wellbeing & Training Centre CIC, I work as an affiliate counsellor and mental health practitioner with both adults and children. I'm also part of the Hastings Therapy Collective, where I continue that work with individuals of all ages. I work alongside, AAAC Counselling Service, counselling survivors of child sexual abuse and trauma. I also serve as the in-house Mental Health Professional at Maslow Housing Co-operative LTD.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: with the right support, every person has the ability to heal, grow, and move forward towards a more positive and fulfilling future.
